She told me to stop feeling bad, and thanked me for loaning her Daisy, as the experience made her see how much she needs another dog.<br />I'm not sure Dad is ready for another dog, but he doesn't get a vote!! It mak...I had a Yorkie at one time and I loved it. It makes sense that your mom doesn't want a puppy. That would be difficult. How about checking out a local pound or breeder for an older dog. Even the internet. I agree, your mom needs the companionship of a dog similar to Daisy.
